Find the Support You Need

Support groups offer learning, shared experience and valuable insight from others dealing with similar challenges. Below are support groups offered by some of our partner organizations. Current and former patients, family members and caregivers are encouraged to participate in these important educational programs.

Support groups

  • This stroke support group is a program formed to assist individuals and families as they adjust to new daily life. The group is open and free to all. We will provide activities for socialization and education that are designed for each individual’s needs.

    When: The first Monday of every month
    Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m. CST
    Location: Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital, 2614 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson, LA

  • The purpose of a support group is to provide an environment in which members can share emotions and experiences and support one another for the mutual benefit
