Sierra Williams, RN, BSN

Chief Nursing Officer

Sierra Williams, RN, BSN is chief nursing officer at Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital. She provides strategic oversight of the day-to-day administration, operation and fiscal function of the hospital, collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement high-quality treatment programs and supervise the nursing staff.

Previously, Sierra served nearly 14 years in psychiatric nursing care, five of which were in an administrative role.

Sierra has a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University, an associate’s degree from Charity School of Nursing and is currently pursuing a master’s degree with Western Governors University.
