Abi Baker, MSW, LCSW

Director of Business Development

Abi Baker, MSW, LCSW, is the director of business development at Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, she oversees a team of clinical liaisons and admissions coordinators who develop and nurture professional relationships with acute care hospital physicians, case managers and clinicians.

Abi joined Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital in 2018 and was instrumental in its opening. Previously, Abi was a medical social worker and case management supervisor for five years with the Ochsner Health System.

Abi has a master’s degree in social work from Southern University at New Orleans and bachelor’s degree in social work from Southeastern Louisiana University.
